Cooking instructions

Place gyoza on a heated pan and pour water to create steam.
After adding water quickly place lid on the pan and steam until the water evaporates.
Take off the lid and pour sesame oil or any cooking oil and heat up a little bit to make the skin crispy. and this process makes it easier to remove gyoza from pan.
