It does not use meat-originated ingredients, so can be enjoyed by vegetarian people who would like to try gyoza!

The filling with slight sweetness satisfies you as much as when you eat normal gyoza. It uses spinach powder in the skin to give the colour.

  1.  Place gyoza on a heated pan and pour water to create steam.
  2. After adding water quickly place the lid on the pan and steam until the water evaporates.
  3. Take off the lid and pour sesame oil or any cooking oil and heat up a little bit to make the skin crispy. and this process makes it easier to remove gyoza from the pan.
