It gives even better taste when you use this with bonito flakes for your dashi stock.
*For Udon or Soba Soup (4 servings): water 1500ml and konbu dashi 5 tbs(75ml)
*Hot pot, Oden (4 servings): water 800ml and konbu dashi 2 tbs(30ml)
